Becky's Realty Group. Bringing Lives & Homes Together

About Becky's Realty Group

I look forward to helping you. I am a full service broker, here for you 7 days a week.
Having purchased my first home and income property at age 22, I feel I understand the ins and outs of not just finding a home, but living with the decisions I have made. I understand the emotion that goes into choosing a home or letting it go to move on. I have been a part of remodeling my home since that time, and feel I have vision to help you possibly see what you may not see initially. :)
As your buyer's agent, I can show you any home on the market any time. If it is vacant, we can see it as soon as you call me. If someone is living there, I just call for an appointment. There is no cost to you, and I am here to represent your interest as a buyer.
If you have a home to sell, I will act as your listing agent, I will represent you, and negotiate for you. My goal is to be as accurate as possible so that you get the most for your home and sell your home quickly and efficiently. I will help you price your home according to today's market in your neighborhood.
My mortgage advisers work with you to get you the best interest rate possible, by checking your debt to income ratios, and showing you had to improve your credit if needed.
They will also get you pre-approved with a lender so when we find the homes of your dreams, you're ready and the sale goes quickly and smoothly.

"Behind every door is someone's life"… I understand and respect that.
